Therapy for Couples and adults
"I know what I need to do...I just can't seem to do it."
"I've spent years trying to figure myself out."
"I keep repeating the same relationship patterns."
Sound familiar?
You're not broken. You're likely missing a map.
Most people don't come to therapy because they're weak.
They come because what they've been trying isn't working anymore.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, perfectionism, grief, or major life transitions, we'll work together to understand what's actually driving the problem—not just manage the symptoms.
Because once you understand the pattern, change becomes possible.
Discover
The Pattern
We'll identify the patterns—thinking, emotional, behavioral, and relational—that quietly shape your life and keep you feeling stuck.
Understand
Why they exist
Most patterns developed for good reasons.
We'll explore where they came from, how they've helped you survive, and why they may no longer be serving the life you're trying to build.
Develop
new ways of living
Insight alone doesn't create change.
We'll practice new ways of thinking, communicating, regulating emotions, and responding so your progress continues long after therapy ends.

-
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Many clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by recurring patterns. Together we identify what's driving those patterns and build practical skills for lasting change.
-
My approach is active, collaborative, and practical. I won't simply nod while you talk for an hour. I'll ask thoughtful questions, teach concepts, help you recognize patterns, and give you concrete tools to practice between sessions so therapy translates into real life
-
If you're looking for a therapist who combines compassion with honest feedback, values measurable progress, and believes meaningful change comes from understanding and practicing new ways of relating, there's a good chance we'll work well together.
